Manufactured to the same high standard as our Competition Plates Our Training Plates are an IWF standard 450MM in diameter, with chrome-plated steel disc inserts that won't spin or break from the rubber These KG bumpers feature an all-black gloss finish and a color-coded rubber stripe that wraps around the full perimeter of each plate The stripes are color-coded according to the Olympic Weightlifting specifications The plates are rated a 94 on the Shore A Odometer scale which delivers a consistent minimal bounce found in high end Olympic weightlifting bumpers Available to order in pairs
