Exchange and return policy

The return and exchange process is done with great ease through us because we work by all means to ensure the comfort of all users and provide them with an excellent and enjoyable experience.

The customer has the right to request an exchange or return of the products or goods he purchased from the store in the following cases: -

1- If you receive the wrong product or item or the item is not as described in our store.

2- If you receive a damaged product.

3- If you find that the purchased product or item is not the size or weight stated on it.

4- If you find a defect in the purchased product.

5- If the products or goods violate Saudi standard specifications.

6- If you do not need the purchased product and the purchased item or product is returned within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

7- The cost of return and exchange is borne by the customer.
